The 22nd National Assembly (NA) of ESN Latvia was hosted by ESN Riga, brought together 47 participants from ESN Riga, ESN Jelgava, ESN Valmiera, and 8 international guests from Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Italy, and Switzerland. All three Latvian sections attended, with full representation from the National Board and Board Support.⭐️ 

The assembly introduced new partnerships with JSPA, EuroPeers and TSI, alongside updates from Timetravels. A highlight was the first Baltic Cooperation Workshop on social media engagement, led by the three Communication Managers from all 🇱🇻🇱🇹🇪🇪Baltic states, focusing on algorithms, storytelling, and content strategy. Additional workshops covered the Buddy Programme, Visual Identity Manual (VIM), and effective feedback techniques.

Key outcomes included the approval of the 2024/2025 Action Plan and 💰2025 Budget Plan, with discussions on hosting NEP in 2025. The event strengthened ESN’s network, introduced new partnerships, and fostered collaboration, ending successfully with positive feedback and future goals aligned.🤝🏻
